We will be opening our offices at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, February 18th and returning to our normal schedule at that time.
Due to inclement weather, our offices will be operating on a limited schedule on Tuesday, February 17th. Although we expect to be able to provide regular phone and remote support services throughout the day, all onsite services will be rescheduled, as needed. We will begin sending personnel to onsite appointments when the roads are cleared of ice.
Please be aware that we anticipate heavy demand on our helpdesk on both Tuesday and Wednesday of this week. During the next 36 hours, we ask that you email the helpdesk, rather than call in, for all non-emergency service requests. We thank you for your patience as we work to return to our normal schedule.
