Please note that large sections of our service areas are under Winter Storm Watches at this time. Specifically, customers with sites in South Carolina and Georgia may see ice accumulations overnight between Tuesday and Wednesday night.
We urge everyone to make plans to deal with possible power, phone, and Internet outages from ice accumulations beginning on Tuesday afternoon.
Please note that icy conditions, including freezing rain and sleet, will prevent us from traveling for scheduled maintenance. We will, however, be able to provide remote assistance Tuesday and Wednesday, provided that power and Internet lines are functioning.
We will update you as we continue to monitor the situation.
Servcom USA’s offices will be closed from September 30th through October 4th, 2013 for staff training. Our regularly-scheduled training day on September 27th will be cancelled.
During this time, our primary support staff will be in training and will not be available to offer direct support. If you have a service need during this time, we ask that you please send in your request to our support email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Or, you can submit your ticket through our Client Access Portal. However, we will only be taking critical issues; for all other support requests, we will schedule them for the week beginning October 7th, 2013.
If you can submit your ticket via email or the Client Access Portal, we ask that you use this method whenever possible, as it will offer you the fastest response time.
For emergencies only, you can call our main number – (803) 329-2867 – and open a ticket. We will have a small support team available for critical emergencies with a 4-hour response time during our regular business hours.
Thank you for your understanding during this week. If you have any questions, please feel free to email or call your Account Manager with your questions or concerns. We will be working with you directly throughout the month of September to prepare for this week.
We’ve moved our blog over to new hosting! Welcome back!
