Servcom USA’s offices will be closed from September 30th through October 4th, 2013 for staff training. Our regularly-scheduled training day on September 27th will be cancelled.
During this time, our primary support staff will be in training and will not be available to offer direct support. If you have a service need during this time, we ask that you please send in your request to our support email address: firstname.lastname@example.org. Or, you can submit your ticket through our Client Access Portal. However, we will only be taking critical issues; for all other support requests, we will schedule them for the week beginning October 7th, 2013.
For emergencies only, you can call our main number – (803) 329-2867 – and open a ticket. We will have a small support team available for critical emergencies with a 4-hour response time during our regular business hours.
