>Servcom USA will be holding special holiday hours from Monday, December 27th through Thursday, December 30th. For this week, we will only be working on critical issues and completing our end-of-year tasks. For non-critical tickets, we will be escalating tickets on a case-by-case basis. We ask that all tickets be opened through the Client Access Portal, when possible.
Servcom USA will be closed in observance of New Year’s from December 30th, 2010 through January 2nd, 2011. All tickets received via email, phone, or the Client Access Portal will be answered beginning at 10 AM on Monday, January 3rd, 2011.
