Training Day – February 3

In order to continue improving our services, Servcom USA will be conducting a training day for our technicians and employees on Friday, February 3, 2017. Please be aware that our technicians will be limited in their availability to respond to non-emergency service calls during regular business hours. As always, please call our office to report service disruptions, or go online to our Client Access Portal and submit a ticket.

Closing Dates – December 24 – January 1

Servcom USA will be closed or running limited hours from Saturday, December 24, 2016 through Sunday, January 1, 2017. Emergency requests only will be handled on a 4-hour response time from Tuesday, December 27th through Friday, December 30th. All tickets received via email, phone, or the Client Access Portal will be answered beginning at 9 AM on Monday, January 2, 2017.
